野梅（やばい）

Generally, the branches are thin, and the flowers are small, giving off a wild, untamed feel. The fruit has a strong sourness and is not as sweet as cultivated plums, but it is often used for making plum wine or umeboshi (pickled plums). While its appearance is simple and modest, in spring, it blooms with white or pink flowers, exuding a sense of strength unique to wild nature.
