「本紅藤（ほんべにふじ）」は、ノダフジの系統で、つぼみの時は鮮やかな紅色、開花すると優雅な淡紅色へと変化する美しい品種です。20〜40cmほどの細長い花穂をもち、花序の基部から順に咲き進むため、長く鑑賞を楽しむことができます。その明るく華やかな色彩と優美な姿は、藤棚やフェンスを彩る初夏の主役として非常に人気があります。

“Honbenifuji” is a variety of the Noda-fuji (Wisteria floribunda) lineage, known for its beautiful transformation from vivid red buds to elegant pale pink blossoms. It produces slender flower clusters approximately 20 to 40 cm long, which bloom sequentially from the base, allowing for an extended viewing period. Its bright, cheerful color and graceful appearance make it a highly popular choice for adding a touch of early summer elegance to wisteria trellises and fences.

‘미치시루베’는 이름 그대로 “봄이 오는 길을 안내하는 길잡이”라는 뜻을 담고 있습니다. 아직 추위가 가시지 않은 1월 하순부터 누구보다 먼저 꽃을 피우기 시작하는 조생종 홍매화입니다. 비매계(緋梅系)를 대표하는 품종으로, 커다랗고 선명한 진분홍빛 꽃이 피어나며 은은하고 품격 있는 향기를 풍깁니다. 그 화려함과 강인함 덕분에 정원수나 분재로서 겨울 정원에 밝은 빛을 더해주는 존재로 매우 인기가 높습니다.
